    Discuss in 6 groups about the entry to write on Wikipedia. It should be something related to the town where they live and it has not to be present in Wikipedia (they will browse with tablets to see what is in)

    The whole class decide among the different proposals: at the end they decide to write two different entries about the same topic, Bologna's arcades. One entry will be in Italian, the other one in Spanish.

    The whole group and the teacher negotiate the assessment criteria to evaluate the work: we agree about both product and process assessment criteria. The result is a shared rubric which will be used at the end of the whole activity.

    We will form 6 groups of 4 people. Each group is responsible of a piece of work. They have to read the documents already published about Bologna's arcades, most of all those on the Internet.

    After reading the texts about their topic, thay have to search for the most valid and appropriate ones to sort out the most relevant information.

    At this stage, the groups have to collaborate together to decide who will write down the information, in which order and to what extent. On their tablets they will write a first text in their "sandbox" and put the right pictures

    All the groups have access to each group's sandbox. They read all the texts produced and see the photos. At the end the whole group decide the final version of both texts (the Italian and the Spanish one)

    Again divided into 6 groups, the students produce the final text to be published on Wikipedia. They pass it from the sandbox to the official page and pay attention to the formal rules of publishing according to what they have learnt in the specific pages. They also insert the pictures and give the right layout to the page.
